Winter's Tale

It was my birthday today, and after a wonderful afternoon on the mountain at Snowbasin snowshoeing and then tubing, we went to see the movie "Winter's Tale."

My husband allowed agreed to go to what he thought would be a "chick Flick" since it was my birthday.

I don't usually even read books that are "romantic fantasies," but this looked intriguing.  As it turned out, the movie had a lot more "meat" to it than I expected.  Yes, it was a romantic fantasy, but so much more.  It was really a wonderful fantasy about the struggle between good and evil in the world.

Russell Crowe played a demon, and did a great job of it by the way.  Will Smith made an awesome Lucifer.  If you are going to see this one, you had better plan to take a box of Kleenex with you.

It really is a movie worth seeing and the scenery is even beautiful.  So, if you are tired of explosions and special effects and want to see a moving movie that will touch your heart, and maybe even your soul, see this one.  You won't regret it!

PEACE, LOVE & JOY

Linda
